This week, I share some highlights from my visit to Charleston, South Carolina. Charleston is the center of the slavery in America. Visiting a Plantation that was established in 1676 and seeing its slave quarters was a humbling experience. This prompted me to share an excerpt from my upcoming book. In a chapter, I ask the question “Are you the slave or the Master?” The slavery that I'm referring to is not the slavery that happened in this country hundreds of years ago. It's about the things that are in our lives that hold us hostage.
I discuss how to use meditation to master the mind. By sharing one of my favorite stories of the Elephant and the Robe, I hope to get listeners thinking about breaking bonds that hold them down.
This episode is just for you, if you are in a place where you are being lead or control by things that keep you enslaved.

This episode of The Purpose Project is a follow-up to my bonus show about fear. I elaborate on the 3 main types of fears: External, Internal and Subconscious. I also discuss “Limiting Beliefs” and how beliefs are not facts. By removing these irrational beliefs, you will in turn eliminate fears. I give a systematic way to confront your fears by using desensitization.
