In this episode of The Purpose Project, I talk about how to LET IT GO!  I share 5 Steps to let go of the past and how to move on.  Letting go can be hard; you have to accept what is, let go of what was and have faith in what will be.  It takes a great deal of power to get past the past and forgiveness is a critical part.  We don’t get over the past, we get pass it.  I share how I personally dealt with the death of my father and how letting it go changed my life.

Today’s episode of The Purpose Project I shared highlights from my Bahamas trip which inspired me to discuss the 4 Fish Personality types- Whale, Dolphin, Urchin and Shark.  Learning personality types will help you to identify with your customers, business partners, family, co-workers or team. Understanding the traits helps you improve your communication and relations with others. I also demonstrate specific ways to “Speak the Same Language” with anyone that you come in contact with.
