This episode concluded our month long focus on Gratitude. I was joined by my 8 year-old daughter Temple. We shared the results of our 21-Day Challenge. I discussed the benefits of teaching children gratitude. Think of gratitude as an emotional muscle, you need to exercise it to strengthen it. Listeners will learn a few exercises to get that muscle in shape.  “It is not happy people who are thankful. It is thankful people who are happy.”

This episode is just for you, if you need to learn how incorporate gratitude in your life regularly.

Keeping with the November’s Gratitude theme, I discuss the power of the Gratitude Stone. The Gratitude Stone became popular when it was mentioned on the widespread film and book called The Secret. Gratitude stones are basically a simple way to remind yourself to be grateful for what you have in your life. I demonstrate how I use the stones to improve my clients positive thought patterns.

Learn how to pick the perfect stone. I challenged Dream Catchers to post a picture of their gratitude stone on social media and tag me.

This episode is just for you, if you want to activate your attitude of gratitude to manifest abundance in your life.

November is Gratitude month. Everything in our lives has the ability to improve when we are grateful. Grateful people tend to be happier and even have better health. Practicing daily gratitude can shift us from focusing on the negative to appreciating what’s positive in our lives. I share a couple techniques on how to practice gratitude by journaling and counting your blessing.

When we have an attitude of gratitude we have a deeper connection to the world around us and our creator.

Small consistent acts done for 21-days can have a significant impact on your life. Here the challenge, for 21-Days we’re going o take one simple action of gratitude. To sign-up for my challenge click the link below.

This week, I share how my random trip to pick up pizza lead to a chance to inspire someone. Success isn’t just about what you accomplish in your life it’s about what you inspire others to do. I explain how it doesn’t take much to be an inspiration to others.  You can inspire others by: being vulnerable, sharing the credit, sharing your influences and listening. To be inspired is great, but to be an inspiration is an honor.

This episode, is for your if you want to inspire people. If you want someone to look at you and say “Because of you, I didn’t give up.”

To what end does your perfectionism serve? I review common motivations for perfectionism.

This week, I share some highlights from my visit to Charleston, South Carolina. Charleston is the center of the slavery in America. Visiting a Plantation that was established in 1676 and seeing its slave quarters was a humbling experience. This prompted me to share an excerpt from my upcoming book. In a chapter, I ask the question “Are you the slave or the Master?”  The slavery that I'm referring to is not the slavery that happened in this country hundreds of years ago.  It's about the things that are in our lives that hold us hostage.

I discuss how to use meditation to master the mind. By sharing one of my favorite stories of the Elephant and the Robe, I hope to get listeners thinking about breaking bonds that hold them down.

This episode is just for you, if you are in a place where you are being lead or control by things that keep you enslaved.
