May is mental health month. In this episode, I discuss mental illnesses to help spread the word and bring about awareness. Each year, 1 in 5 adults in the United States experiences mental illness. That’s about 43.8 million people. I am encouraging each of you to take an Anonymous, Free and Confidential Mental Health check-up. I also share an awesome tool called “Think Ahead”; this worksheet helps you with triggers, early warning signs and creating a plan. You can get this and the screening link by emailing me directly.
