“No” is a complete sentence. It does not need justification or an explanation. In this episode, learn the power of “No.” Have you ever said “yes” to something that you absolutely didn’t want to do? If so, you have been Hedging. Hedging is the behavior of saying yes to things that we don’t want to do or have the capacity to do. What’s the real reason behind being afraid to say “No?” I explain why it is so hard for us to give a response that reflects our true intention and capacity. This episode will sums up three tips to make saying no easier.
