In this episode, I demonstrate how to create a VISION BOARD that is done with intention. When done correctly, a vision board can help you clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on specific life goals. While vision boards have gained a lot of notoriety over the last several years and seems faddish, they can be powerful.

A vision board is more than just throwing pictures on a board. Did you know that there are two main types of vision boards? Which one works best for you? How to get started? Do they really work? These are all great questions and this episode covers all of them.
